To buy one or more ValierVenetia items, just send an email with your order to customercare@valiervenetia.com and include:
- Items you wish to order, with colour
- Your first and last name
- Invoicing address
- Shipping address
- Phone number
Then you will need to make a bank transfer for the total amount to VALIER SRL, Iban code no. IT82V0306912169100000007542, SWIFT code BCITTIMM
We may not process your order if the items are out of stock. In that case, we will inform you accordingly and provide the details. Any amount already transferred will be refunded.
By sending your order, you unconditionally accept these Terms of Sale and you confirm that you are aware of the Return Policy and Data Protection Policy.
Once the goods have been shipped, we will send you a shipping notice with the tracking number to trace your parcel.
To ship our goods we only use express couriers (UPS or similar). We ship carbon-neutral. Available items are shipped in 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday) after receiving the bank transfer.
Valier S.r.l. is not responsible for delays in deliveries connected to customs operations or force majeure.
Note: Valier S.r.l. ships from Padua (Italy)
If properly stored and cared for, your bag will retain its shape and beauty for many, many years.
Here are some tips for looking after your bag:
- Always store the bag in its dust bag
- Stuff the bag compartments with enough paper to keep its natural shape
- Do not place heavy objects on top of the bag as they could deform it
- Keep the bag in a dry place, away from sunlight
- Do not use detergents to clean the bag
- Occasionally apply a neutral cream for leather using a soft cloth
Warning: the bag can withstand a few drops of rain (please dry them immediately) but it is not made to withstand heavy showers.
We do hope you are happy with your purchase. Yet, if for any reason you are not, you can ask for a refund within 14 working days of receiving the goods.
To ask for a return and refund, please send an email request to customercare@valiervenetia.com.
We will send you a confirmation and a label to be applied on the parcel to return.
The parcel will have to be given to the courier within 14 working days of the date when you applied for the return and refund.
Withdrawal terms
The right of withdrawal is subject to these terms:
- The request for a return and refund must be sent by email to customercare@valiervenetia.com within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.
- The products must not have been used, worn or damaged
- The products must be returned in their original package, together with any attached accessories (dust bag, tag, box)
- The products must be shipped from the country from where they were ordered
- Returned products must be handed to the courier within fourteen (14) days of the date the return is accepted and confirmed
If all the terms above are complied with, we will refund the amount paid, excluding shipping costs. If your return does not comply with all the terms above and is not acceptable, we will contact you. You will be given the option to get back the purchased products at your expenses. In case you reject this option, we will have the right to retain the products and the relating amount.
Shipping a return
Returns can be shipped with our courier, using the pre-printed label supplied by us. This method will allow us to pay the shipping on your behalf; we will then retain from the refund the amount paid for the original shipping. In case you decide to use a different courier, you will have to pay for the return and will be responsible for any loss or damage during transportation.
Refund
After receiving your return and checking that all terms have been complied with, we will send you an email confirming the acceptance of the return; then, within one week the refund will be transferred to your bank account.
We are sorry, colour change is only available in Italy.
No, Valier tote is not vegan because it is made of real leather.

All Valier bags sold via the website are protected by a 2-year warranty from the manufacturer covering conformity defects. The warranty is provided according to the law and it applies to products showing a conformity defect, as long as the product has been properly used, according to the use it is designed for. The defect must be reported within 2 months of finding.
Customers are required to inspect delivered products within a reasonable lapse of time since receipt.
If a product is defective or damaged at the moment of delivery or should a defect be found during the duration of the warranty period, kindly send a report to Valier srl [customercare@Valiervenetia.com]; the product can be returned at no expenses. For further details about returns, kindly check our Return Policy.
If possible, Valier will repair the product or, where not possible, will replace it with an equivalent item. If replacement is not possible, the amount paid will be refunded.
In case a returned product claimed to be damaged or defective is found to be conform, Valier will have the right to re-ship the product to the customer and charge again shipping costs and product check costs, if any.
If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please report this to Valier (customercare@valiervenetia.com) and request a return. Where possible, Valier will ship the correct product; otherwise, Valier will refund the amount paid. For further details about returns, kindly check our Return Policy.
