All Valier Bags sold through the website are covered by a two-year manufacturer’s guarantee for inherent defects. The manufacturer’s guarantee is provided according to the time limits set forth by law. The guarantee is applied to the product that has an inherent defect, as long as the product has been used correctly, in line with its intended use. The defect must be reported within two months of its discovery.

All the documents regarding the guarantee delivered with the product should be kept in case the product subsequently presents a defect.

The customer must inspect each product delivered within a reasonable time frame of delivery. In compliance with art. 130 of the Italian legislative decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), if a product is damaged at the time of delivery or presents a defect during the period of guarantee, it should be communicated to Valier Srl [] and the product can be returned without charge by post or collected on request. As regards such returns, we ask the customer to refer to our Right to cancel, as set forth hereafter.
If possible, Valier Srl shall see to repairing at its own expense or shall see to replacing it with an equivalent product. If this is not possible, it shall see to refunding the customer with the price of the product and any expenses charged for delivery.

Should it verify that a product returned because of damage or defects, does not have any damage or defects, Valier Srl has the right to return the product to the customer and to charge the customer for the cost of the same, together with any delivery expenses, and any verification and restoration costs.

If the product received by the customer is not the one ordered, we invite the customer to notify Valier S.r.l. [] and to return the product as soon as possible, free of charge, by post or by collection on request. Where possible, Valier Srl shall see to the delivery of the product actually ordered, or it shall see to refunding the price of the product and delivery costs borne by the customer. As regards such returns, we ask the customer to refer to the Right to cancel.
