Right of withdrawal

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items to request a colour change or refund within 28 days of the date of receipt of the goods.

How to request a return:

  1. To request a return authorisation you need to access the My Profiles section, enter your account details or e-mail address and order number. Select the order and the items to be returned, and specify the type of compensation desired. Once the process is complete, we will send you an e-mail confirmation, containing the text for the label to be affixed to the package and the instructions to be followed to return the goods.
  2. Shipping fees are at the customer’s expense
  3. Returns must be sent within 28 days of receipt of the goods

Two options are available:

  1. Colour change
    Colour may be changed by choosing from among those available
  2. Refund
    You can request a refund of your purchase. The refund will be made as soon as the item arrives at the Valier S.r.l. warehouses and after checking the conditions of the returned items.
    For orders paid by credit card, the amount refunded will be available to customers in about 10 days, and will be shown on the next statement of account of the card. The timing may vary slightly depending on the banking circuit of the credit card used.
    For orders paid by Paypal or Bank Transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account.


  • Returned items must not have been used and must not show signs of use. The stuffing paper contained in the bags must be the original one.
  • Each item must be returned with all the original labels and tags, and including all the original packaging and accessories (dust bags, boxes) received with the order.
  • Items that came with a box must be returned together with their original box, which forms an integral part of the product and must not, therefore, have been in any way damaged and/or altered, nor used as an outer packaging for shipping.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with the original accessories, components and information material. They must also be properly packaged, in the same way as they were received.

Returns must be shipped inside the VALIERVENETIA carton.

  • In the event that you receive defective goods, or goods other than those ordered, please follow the instructions above. In case of defective goods or shipping error on the part of Valier Srl, the cost of returning the goods will be borne by Valier S.r.l., which will tell you which courier to use for shipment. Before authorising the return, Valier Srl may request you to provide pictures of the defective item or the item you claim to be different from the one you ordered.
  • Return shipments authorised by Valier Srl must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.
  • Valier Srl reserves the right to reject a return sent at its own expense using an express courier other than that specified if this involves higher costs or collection at the courier’s warehouse.
  • Valier Srl reserves the right to reject a return that (i) has not been previously authorised or (ii) does not meet the above conditions. If Valier Srl makes use of the right to reject an unauthorised return, then the goods will be returned to the buyer’s address.

For any matter not expressly covered, the European legislation governing electronic and distance selling will apply.
