Shipping is free of charge to most destinations. Our shipments are carbon-neutral. Parcels bound for the European Union do not contain an invoice or other documents specifying the value of the goods. Shipments to non-EU countries are accompanied by all customs documentation required by law. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
For our shipments we use only UPS express couriers or equivalent.
Available items are shipped in 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday)
Estimated delivery time (from date of shipment):
- USA and Canada: 2 working days to main destinations. For remote areas, it can take several days.
- Europa: 1 working day to main destinations. For remote areas, it can take several days.
- Rest of the world: 3 working days. For remote areas, it can take several days.
Valier Srl is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to customs operations or force majeure events.
Note: Valier Srl ships from Padua (Italy). No shipments will be made on the following public holidays:

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking number and the link to the site where you can monitor its status.
Upon delivery of the package, please check its integrity before accepting it. Our package consists of a cardboard closed with VALIERVENETIA-marked adhesive tape.
If the package is not intact or looks as though it has been tampered with, please sign the delivery slip stating “subject to check”, or refuse delivery.
If the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorised signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, please notify the courier immediately and contact us at email@example.com.
If the goods are damaged or missing, please keep the packaging for inspection.
Any claim relating to damage, missing items or misdelivery to must be submitted to Valier Srl within 10 days of the date of delivery as certified on the website of the carrier that made it. Complaints received after 10 days will not be accepted.
Orders and related payments constitute a contract of sale between the buyer and Valier Srl. Therefore, the customer agrees to accept the delivery of the goods. If the goods are not delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g. wrong address, missing recipient, unreachable telephone number, etc.) or if the customer refuses delivery, we will deduct the shipping costs and any customs charges from the refund of the price paid.
INSURANCE OF GOODS
Our shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage. Insurance coverage expires when the goods arrive at the consignee.
